REAPER Compatibility

Cjam v2.5.0.0 adds clipboard-based export support for REAPER.
Tested with REAPER v6.0, v7.0, and v7.73.
Please note that compatibility may be affected by future changes to REAPER's clipboard format.
Exporting
Select "Copy REAPER Format" from the list context menu, then press Ctrl+V in REAPER.
- Each IMP3 element is converted to one REAPER item.
- Due to differences in file decoding and implementation details, IMP3s and REAPER items may not always match exactly.
- If a block contains fade settings, a REAPER volume envelope is generated automatically.
- Some fade-related parameters (e.g., if, of, fm) are not converted.
- When exporting the currently playing block, any image and text data attached to its IMP3s are also exported. Corresponding image and text tracks are created automatically in REAPER.
